Where are you located?
We are based in Farmington, New Mexico but we service the entire Four Corners Region.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We operate as a dry-hire mobile bar, meaning clients provide the alcohol for their event. After booking, we’ll send you a personalized alcohol shopping list with clear quantity recommendations so purchasing is simple and stress-free.
What’s included with your bar packages?
All packages include professional, certified bartenders, full bar setup and teardown, ice, cups, napkins, decorative straws, fresh garnishes, mixers, bottled water, soda options, and a customized alcohol shopping list. We handle the details so you can enjoy the celebration.
Do you have a minimum or maximum guest count?
Our standard packages are designed for events up to 150 guests. Events exceeding 150 guests or requiring more than 5 hours of service will receive a custom quote to ensure proper staffing and smooth service.
How long is bar service?
Packages are priced based on both guest count and service duration, with options for 2–3 hours or 4–5 hours of service. Additional service time may be added if available.
Is the mobile bar trailer included?
The vintage mobile bar trailer is an optional add-on for select packages and is available for $1,000. It’s a guest favorite and adds signature Country Roads & Cocktails charm to any event.
What types of events do you serve?
We proudly serve weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, showers, corporate events, backyard parties, and private celebrations of all kinds.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes. A water station and soda selections are included in all packages. Mocktail options are also available as an add-on.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our bartenders are certified, and Country Roads & Cocktails is fully insured. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance if your venue requires it.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel fees may apply for events outside of our standard service area. Custom travel quotes are available upon request.
How do we book?
To reserve your date, a signed contract and deposit are required. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you need power at the event site?
Yes, electrical access is required. For off-grid or remote locations, generator rental is available upon request.
Can we customize our drink menu?
Absolutely. Signature cocktails and menu customization are included in select packages, with additional customization options available.
